Saphyra is a beautiful, long-lined mare who shows plenty of scope over the fences. She is careful, jumps with good technique and finishes her jump very well behind. She also has a pleasant and cooperative character. A very nice mare with enough quality for a professional, while her good attitude also makes her interesting for an amateur.

Sire
Aristoteles V competed at 1.60m level and is a son of Padinus out of the Elite, prestatie and PROK mare Tableau-Vivant. His pedigree therefore combines the international blood of Heartbreaker and Lux Z, both 1.60m performers. 

Dam
Jedi competed at 1.20m level and is a daughter of the 1.60m stallion Carambole. Her dam Quanta de la Vie is a daughter of Quantum.

Granddam
Through Quanta de la Vie, the line goes back to the prestatie mare Silvera. Silvera produced several successful showjumpers, including:

• Agrovorm's R… – 1.45m
• Otto Double S – 1.45m
• Belaika de la Vie – 1.35m
• Weelde de la Vie – 1.30m
• Noam Double S – 1.30m
• Pia Double S – 1.30m

Further back we find Oktave, who produced, among others, the legendary Libero H (1.60m). Silver Dream 8 (1.45m) also comes directly out of this mare. Saphyra therefore comes from Holsteiner Stamm 2830, a damline with proven international sport horses.
