Cedric is a beautiful long-lined chestnut. He strongly resembles his sire London. He jumps with a tremendous amount of scope and has a big canter. Cedric has a calm character.

Sire Glock's London belonged to the absolute world elite under Gerco Schröder. The Olympic silver medal winner competed at 1.60m level and became one of the most successful sires of his generation. His offspring perform worldwide at Grand Prix level, including Ipswich van de Wolfsakker (1.65m), Oak Grove's Laith (1.60m) and Milan (1.60m).

The dam Utopia XXII competed herself at 1.30m level and is a daughter of the legendary For Pleasure (1.60m), two-time Olympic champion and one of the most influential jumping sires of all time. This dam produced several sport horses, including Capitale 6, successful at 1.60m level, Kaschira (1.40m) and Indra (1.35m).

Further in the damline we also find a remarkable number of international sport horses. Titouan de Curaine competed at 1.50m level, Bugatti at 1.50m, Casar at 1.50m, Queen at 1.55m and several horses at 1.60m level such as Grace, Anton, Carthago Sun III, Big Sir, Century, Come On, Fleur III, Nobless M and Conland.

With names such as London, Nabab de Rêve, Quidam de Revel, Chin Chin, For Pleasure, Landgraf I, Caretino, Corrado I, Contender and Cor de la Bryère, Cedric comes from an exceptionally strong Holsteiner performance family in which scope, canter and jumping quality have been anchored for generations.
