Belcanto is a chestnut gelding. He is a light-footed horse with whom you can go in many directions. A nice leisure horse that is well-behaved in handling. He can trot and canter well. A modern horse.

Sire Bel Espace Go was a versatile Trakehner stallion who competed in both showjumping and eventing. He jumped at 1.40m level and competed in CIC1* eventing. In addition, he produced several offspring that were successful in dressage at PSG/Inter I level, including Pago, Solana and Talara. He is therefore known as a sire of rideability, attitude and versatility.

The dam Papagena-Go is a daughter of the Thoroughbred stallion Woerthersee xx, which adds extra blood, toughness and endurance to the pedigree. This combination of Trakehner and Thoroughbred bloodlines is known for producing modern sport and leisure horses with a good attitude.

Granddam Palmas Letzte traces back to the proven Trakehner family of Palma. This damline produced several approved stallions, including Pardon Go, Pedro, Pelot and Perserfuerst II. In addition, the family produced sport horses such as Pantani Go (PSG/Inter I) and Paskar Go (Grand Prix dressage).
