Darkside is a 4-year-old gelding that has only been under saddle for two months. He is picking up the work well and shows plenty of scope over the fences. An interesting young horse to develop further.

Sire
Diarado is an Oldenburg Sieger stallion and Elite stallion who competed at 1.50m level himself. He is a son of the legendary Diamant de Semilly (1.60m) out of a Corrado I daughter from a 1.60m sport line. Diarado has been one of the most influential sires in showjumping and eventing for many years. 

Dam
Dam Charleen I is a daughter of Chin Champ, who competed at 1.45m level himself. Her dam Weijana is a Bezirksprämie mare by Quinar, who competed at 1.40m level. 

Granddam
Granddam Weijana produced Charleen I as well as Lillemann 6, who competed at L2 dressage level. Third dam Neikeproduced Comet 202 (1.40m) and Arabell ZT (1.20m). 

Great-granddam
Great-granddam Darling II is a daughter of Landgraf I and is the foundation mare of Holsteiner dam line 6582. Several premium mares descend from this family.

The seller states that this horse was originally purchased as "as is / where is" and is being offered under the same conditions. No recent X-rays are available. Any clinical findings are listed in the veterinarian's clinical report.
